Refund policy
Return Eligibility
- Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers.
- Sarees that have been used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings are not considered defects.
Return Process
- To request a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video/photos.
- Once the return request is approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
Refund Policy
- After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video.
